Who's behind the Terrier des 3 Conils?
I'm Elodie, in my forties, married and mum of 3 grown-up children. I'm a real jack-of-all-trades! I love old buildings and unusual places. I've been living in the South-West of France for around fifteen years: first in the city of Bordeaux, then since 2020 in the middle of the vineyards near Saint-Émilion. It's taken me two years to transform this sad old building into a warm and welcoming place.

What stood out was how well Elodie communicated instructions and provided information for the space and the region. It was very fun to watch her vision come to life through the QR codes and social media feed.
We also loved spending time at the beach in town and found the location to be very convenient to get to St. Emilion for day trips.

Élodie has transformed the space with exquisite taste, creating an atmosphere that is both tranquil and welcoming.
The warm welcome we received immediately made us feel at home. The accommodation was perfect for our family; comfortable, cosy and tailored to our needs.
Even my eldest son was delighted – “it’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen”, which is saying a lot!
Every detail was thought of to ensure our comfort and happiness.
